My name is Shelby. I am the designer and owner of SHE WHO IS. I launched my brand in the Spring of 2019 with the goal to empower women through what they wear. It took me a long time and a lot of trial and error to realize how I wanted to use my talent for God. Through every trial and downfall, God showed me along the way.
