These shorts have the comfy feel of traditional running shorts but the flowy outer layer makes them look like a fun skirt! The fabric is 86% Polyester, 12% Cotton, 2% Viscose and is super soft and breathable. These shorts have an elastic waistband with drawstring and spandex shorts under the outer layer. These run a little small and will hit along the upper thigh.
